Turnkey Flyers provides print-quality PDF flyer templates to real estate agents and brokers for use in open houses and mailings. Most of our customers prefer low-cost DIY solutions for their marketing efforts. Our market wants more leads (and ultimately more listings and therefore commissions), yet struggles with technology. We would like to regularly publish tutorials (2-4 per month) on how real estate agents can use web applications, mobile applications, and any other technology that can benefit their business, with a high emphasis on marketing. This will include both real estate specific tools such as - ActiveRain.com - Zillow.com and non-real estate tools such as - Fiverr.com - Upwork.com We are looking for a blogger/writer that has enough knowledge of the real estate sales process to speak to agent's needs and wants, yet also be able to learn new technologies rapidly and be able to teach them quickly through tutorials. Each tutorial will contain: - Steps to use the application - Screenshots (or a video screen recording) - Best practices for agents This person should be able to explain both how to use a given application or website and how it directly translates into benefits or a competitive edge for a real estate agent. For example, one tutorial could be on how to use Fiverr for some real estate purpose. You would need to visit Fiverr and see how others are using it for real estate marekting. Once you understand the benefits to real estate agents, create a step by step tutorial on how to sign up and buy a service, then show several different services available on the site right now. The tone should be friendly, easy to understand, and benefit-focused.
